Here’s a question: what’s up with iTunes automatically adding missing track info? I’m very particular about how I organize my music and what track info I include with what tracks, so it’s a little disturbing, doubly so because it just started happening today. It’s stopping short of actually reorganizing my Music folder (luckily), but it’s also adding information to tracks that I don’t want on there.
I’ve scoured the ‘net, dug through Apple support forums, and triple checked every iTunes preference and I can’t figure out what could’ve caused this sudden insistence on iTunes part. If it keeps doing this I might have to start using Windows Media Player again.

You can turn that feature off. >.> It’s in the preferences.

That’s the thing, though: I have all of the preferences that might be doing this disabled. It also only started doing it this morning, and I haven’t messed with the preferences since installing it.
If you happen to know which preference might be doing this I can look for it, but I’m pretty sure I’ve hit them all at this point.
